The woman is Maureen O'Hara, the film is The Battle of the Villa Fiorita, and the actor is Rossano Brazzi. And yes, 2600. Different view here: https://www.ebay.com/itm/BATTLE-OF-THE-VILLA-FIORITA-MAUREEN-OHARA-ROSSANO-BRAZZI-LOBBY-CARD-1965/401160071473?hash=item5d6700e931:g:LpcAAOSwTZ1XloAx

The reference to Rossano Brazzi and Maureen O'Hara in "THE BATTLE OF THE VILLA FIORITA" that @6alfas posted above seems to be correct (despite other names on the Internet).

An image search produced a link to the first image below on this site, which clearly shows the car to be a 2600 Spider. The file name of the image indicates the driver may be Ugo Tognazzi, but I find that notion unconvincing.

The second and third picture (same as the eBay reference in a post above) are from the IMDB link I posted. I take the white coat that is draped over the passenger seat and the strange outside mirror/ search light as definitive proof that the picture in the museum relates to that movie.
