Hi This is compatible with all cars. Of course it's going to be easier for car with factory AC. The factory AC cars have the battery in the back and the center console is shorter than non factory AC cars. The kit comes with 100A alternator.

thx

Was not aware that such a kit existed.....so electric compressor, condensor, fan, alternator, hoses and inside cabin distribution console...the whole lot was in a kit?
yes, also includes the electric heater control valve and wiring. Installed 2 of them last month, 73 GTV and a 74 GTV. works great, both cars had factory AC (easier to install). Currently installing another unit on a 72 GTV non-factory AC car (need to move the batty in the trunk and modify the center consoule)

Indeed it does. For a 1750 with the gauges at the top of the console, though, putting that evaporator unit above the console would require moving the gauges. It might be better/easier to just push the air to the sides, as the original heater does, or to use something like the Vintage Air Slimline evaporator under the glovebox.
