I'm offering a few sets of the pictured tubular stainless exhaust manifolds, designed to fit the Alfa GTV6 and Milano.
These are the result of a 2+ year development project I began while working at a major automotive supplier, with access to GT-Power modeling tools and input from some very sharp engineers. Sadly only a handful of extra sets were produced beyond the prototype sets I ran in my cars – once they’re gone, that’s it.
I made these with the 3.0 in mind (but compatible with the 2.5 as well). These manifolds are a street-optimized improvement over the stock cast iron units. Expect about 9 hp gain on a stock 3.0 using factory downpipe sizes.

- Material: USA-sourced austenitic stainless steel, TIG welded, custom laser-cut collectors and flanges
- Fitment: GTV6 and Milano V6 Direct bolt-in, original manifold footprint.
- Compatibility: Works with factory cat section, Euro front pipes, or any OE-style front pipe flange.
- Starter: Factory starter heat shield fits as normal - fits with original big starter too. Also fits with 2 different aftermarket starters that I tested.
