Panasport wheels

Greentings Alfisti,

I have done my due diligence and researched this topic and perhaps I simply missed something or am over-thinking this one.

S3 Spider Veloce
currently running (and for several years) Panasport 15in alloys

I switched my wheels over directly from the OE 14in five spoke style wheels. The Panasport wheels were a CL find from a fellow alfisti and were a plug and play with some fresh rubber installed.

Admittedly, I haven't done much with my wheels (with my own hands) during my ownership. However, one thing I noticed was that the Panasport wheels/nuts came with a specific "long and deep" socket for removal and installation. After some internet "research" looking at Spiders with Panasport wheels, it seems that most have a more "traditional" nut installed. Not wishing to go over-board with this, but my preference is to keep things simple and standard when possible is all.

My question is what specific nut do I need? Is this a simple plug and play situation for me? I did not touch the stock wheel studs and they are original. I do know that most of the supply houses offer lug nuts and studs, but do not know whether any will work (simply) with my set up.

Sorry that I am not providing more information (width and offset) for my Panasport wheels. I am sure that I can do so if required for the best answer.

Appreciate your kind assistance in advance.

If the lug nut holes are beveled you can use the stock nuts, or buy taller close-end nuts. 12 x 1.5 I think. If the lug holes are flat-bottomed, you need special nuts with washers, which you should get from Panasport.
