I’ve these from a older type:

 

On my 74 GTV, the single throttle lever is actually two independent levers riveted together. The assemble was adapted from the Euro design it seems — so if you pull yours out, you might find two !

 

Thanks Hjjensen and goats for the replies. Goats I looked and you are indeed correct, it is two levers that are riveted. That was easy. Now hopefully I won’t break it trying to separate!

Thanks everyone. As goat’s mentioned, the Spica cars have them riveted together. I will try to separate but if I break them I’ll contact you all to see about replacing.
