Weber 36 DCD carb adjustments

This is a variant of the Webers used on 60's Ferrari V12's but Ferrari had 3. Each throat can be balanced by air flow to the other. The procedure for the V12 is complicated, yet simple if you have done it enough times, and THAT I have. The single DCD for the Alfa it set up similarly. Maybe contact me with a PM or e-mail and I'll try to get it into the written word. Actually easier to do than explain. Drop by my house, and I'll set yours up in about 5 minutes....
:)

Fuel pressure should be regulated (ideally) using a FISPA FRB 11 (rebuilt with new fuel proof diaphragm and bowl seal) or newer Filter King unit to 3# or less pressure.
If new, from CA, and set-up by Weber for your 1300 application, is should be correct. However, bets to check with another BB member who has used the Weber- Solex replacement.

Neither does. Just a belt AND suspenders application. The floats set-up in DCD and Solex is totally different than DCOE's, making them more pressure tolerant. However, the Fispa / Filter King offers a filter as well as more even fuel fill.

Three pounds pressure.

NOW we have seen the true value of the BB as members that know-what-to-do have posted!
Love It!
Thanks!
