I really like that car - probably why I kept such an old photo. I believe that's a european market car with small bumpers and minimal trim. It's so much cleaner than with all the cladding we got. For all I know, that's the original Alfetta body shell sill under the normal Milano cladding.

EDIT - I think part of the quirky design of the Milano/75 is due to the economy of basing it on the Alfetta sedan. I believe the body structure, roof, doors, and of course those rockers/sills are all straight Alfetta.

Didn't we have a thread like this several years ago? Maybe that wasn't just for wheels though.
Yeah, there is just a 75 picture thread but this is just for wheels... But, if anyone paid attention to the first post, people are supposed to post actual information about the wheels. Like sizes and offsets... So people car refer back to figure out what offsets and sizes work.
Most of the pictures/posts here need to be merged with the regular picture thread in my opinion...

You're right, sorry. Most pics I have I just grabbed because I liked the car or wheels. Other than the obvious Ronals, I don't have labels on any of those files. The black ones on the black car I believe are the ones available at Centerline Alfa, although I see the rears are staggered and wider than what I've seen for sale.

I need to look at the brand/model of these when I get home, but this is my new (to me) Milano with some 16" wheels. Made in Italy and they are the correct bolt pattern. I am surprised at how much I like them - they really remind me of the 190E 2.5-16 Evo II wheel.

And Evo II wheel for reference (I think the Milano wheels taper a bit more like an Azev Type A)

Just trailed these. Momo Ferrari Engineering II 17x7.5 ET35 with 215/40/17 (put a 10mm spacer on the back so as if ET25)

Wasn't sure when I picked them up, but now fitted I think the period momos suit it really well.

This is the 1989 3 litre V6 owned by my son and I. I recently bought these Australian made ROH Envy wheels for it. They are 17" x 7.5" with 215/45/17" tyres. They were made to fit a V6 GT, so the offset is 35, compared to 43 on the standard 75 wheels. It works out well because there is less of the wheel on the inside than there would be if the offset was the same as the 75 or the 156. The wheels are only four years old and beautifully made. Five spoke wheels always seem to suit 75s really well I think.

Don't think I've posted these.

Foreground: MK Motorports 16x7.5 ET30 5x100 redrilled to 5x98mm. 73.1mm centerbore with hubcentric rings for Alfa 75 fitment.

Background: SSR Type-C 16x7 ET35 5x100 redrilled to 5x98mm. 5mm hubcentric spacer (a spacer and hubcentric ring machined into one unit).

Alfa Milano/75 hubs are 58.6mm

The two different wheels that I've run on the 3.7 race car to date...

The Rotas did not have enough offset (forget now what it was.) They were 17x7.5" front and rear. 5 x 98

The new gold wheels are XXR - 17s as well (staggered 9.75" at the rear / 8.25" at the front...) We run 235s on the front and 255s on the rear and the hubs were re-drilled to 5x100.

I don't know much about these wheels. They are from Australia - made by Speedy... 17"x7" - I run 215/40/17s on this one...

Both sets of wheels look very nice. Personally I don't understand why you would go to enormous expense and trouble to increase the unsprung weight of a 75. A friend of mine has raced transaxle Alfas to the limit on tracks all over Australia for years and never lost his brakes. He simply fitted ventilated disks to the rear.

JJ - does your outboard brake conversion include an e-brake mechanism? That's definitely something I'd like to upgrade my street cars with.
We don't have the e-Brake parts sorted yet, but will eventually. The APs don't have integrated parking brakes - it will be two separate smaller calipers.

Thanks! Yeah, the G2/GiroDisc vented rear solution that Group 2 Motorsports offers is very nice (even better than simply fitting the cast iron SZ rear rotors and spaced calipers - the G2 setup has floating aluminium hats), but there's still a ton of heat-transfer and buildup at the rear, pad swaps are a pain in the arse and I personally like more brakes at the rear. This car builds speed FAST! And no, the goal would NOT be to increase unsprung weight - quite the opposite!

After having the 17” momo’s on for a year, I came to the conclusion that I wanted to put the 15” revolution RFX wheels back on. As the 17’s just seemed to screw up the quality of the ride on uk roads.

So I sent my old, flaky Revos off to my wheel guy. Picked an olive grey titanium middle colour, and got him to hand polish the outlets.

15x6.5
ET 40

Picked them up yesterday. Hopefully fit them later this week
