Having communicated with Alberto previously (who is very real and very trustworthy), this message you have copied/pasted looks like a scam email. My guess is you've posted your email address on the BB previously and a scammer has harvested it, and is now trying to divert you offline to make a payment to them directly since you expressed interest in a part. Always start private communications using the BB's PM function, so you know who you're talking to.

Meanwhile we are trying to comply with your request for the cover, and have it ready on time.
