I have one of the multi carpet sets from CA, which I assume are much the same as the other suppliers. Fit quality is poor, I had to cut and adjust in some places. The sections overlap loads (sometimes 3 layers), none of it looks great. Plus the quality of the weave has a nylon look and feel.
Not happy with any of it considering the price. Think I will try to have a bespoke made out of decent material. Does anyone know of a good company in the UK?

 

Same here the carpet over the gearbox is way too big, I complained and they sent another from a different year model variant and that still didn’t fit properly it may be the modern sound deadening is much thinner than original
As an example there is a diamond quilted pad to protect wear from the accelerator pedal/foot, it’s almost entirely under the floor mat

 

Thats a shame. Was hoping to find a set that had a decent fit.

 

I had the same problem from Alfaholics. The extra material made me believe they'd sent me a set for a Berlina or Super instead of a GT. They replied that it's intended, customers often claimed the parts were cut too tight and did not overlap properly so they have them made with extra overlap. Both sellers probably have the same source.

I ended up returning them - they did not refund the shipping - but traced patterns out of them before returning them. I adjusted the patterns to my needs and obtained auto carpeting by the yard. I then had an upholsterer sew the piping on the edges. Didn't cost much in the end.
