Hi Guys,

I am chasing some info/help on chasing up some specific second hand parts. Since 155s and T-S 164s were not imported into Australia (but from what I was aware of, into NZ), I am chasing some engine parts (possible a whole engine from one of these cars for use in a race engine for a friend. I was thinking that sourcing them from NZ could be easer than europe.

Are there any wreckers that specialise in Alfas/European cars that may be wrecking either of these types of cars. If so, I would really appreciate their contact details.

Thanks in advance!

Red, but I don't think you'll have seen it around, it hasn't been on the road for 8 years!

Kerry.
92 164QV white, 76 Alfetta GT red, 87 Alfasud Sprint red, 80 Alfasud race car beige, 2 33 parts cars, 1 75 parts car, 1 164 parts car.
And that's just the alfas. (aargh it's too many!!!)

You`re not the Kerry from West Melton that I`ve bought parts off are you?-I bought a starter motor and electronic distributor from a 1.8 75 you were wrecking in that glorious big shed of yours. I can remember an Alfetta coupe in the corner.
What happened to that GTV6 your son had which was sitting on the lawn at the side of your house?

Hi Richard! Yes, that's me. The GTV6 has gone to a good home, a present from his wife on his 40th birthday! (He's a very lucky man, that one!) He's done the head gasket and made good progress on the rust. I did get to see the motor running but he's moved to Gore and I don't have a contact email for him. (You out there Grant?)

Current project is the sud racecar, then a new motor into the sprint, then I might be able to get to the Alfetta. As it's already non-original, I'm intending putting a twinspark engine in it - if they don't escalate in price too much between now and then!
