Interesting, what happens if you reduce the time frame to say 25%, copy flip paste so you have rising/falling then repeat?

 

whoa, that's pretty cool but it sounds too much like a dyno run. you should rev it up in a lower gear so it peaks quicker and so it's not such a constant tone. maybe even with a shift or two to break it up. that would probably make it more tolerable to other listeners around you when it rings.

Good ears, Bob. It is from a dyno-run. I took the audio from one of my video's and turned it into a ringtone Just to see if I could make it work. When my wife calls, the phone says: "Get off your a$$ and pick up the freakin phone you lazy bum" with her voice You can assign different ringtones depending on who is calling - the Alfa ringtone is reserved for when the _boys_ are calling

I'll try take one of my race videos and make a ringtone out of an accelaration with shifting, though it'll be 3.0V6 12v. This is endless... only your imagination sets the limit...

If anyone has any Alfa audio/video they want as a ringtone (assuming it works for other phones as well), have Simon allow me to attach files with extension m4r, and I'll convert it and post here.

That's exactly what I did (I'm using it as my ringtone), and can do with any audio/video file.

 

Have you tried to add AlfaBB to your phones homescreen. I made a cool little iPhone icon a while back.
