1983 Ignition Rotor Replace

Doing a tune up on my 83 Spider but forgot to replace the rotor when i changed the distributor cap. Anything to be aware of before I go at it? Does it just pop off? I do not want to screw it up so would like to know before I get in there again. cant seem to find a thread about how to get it off...
Help is very much appreciated!

Cap and rotor shoud be replaced as a matched pair.

Pop the cap, yank the old, (literally: reach down there and pull it straight off), install the new making sure the little notchy thing is aligned on the dizzy shaft and that its fully pushed down/seated on said shaft, pop the cap back on.
