I wasn’t able to source the correct model year tranny to exhaust bracket, I retrofitted it by bolting/extending a piece of heavy 14 or 16 gauge L metal . I did have to customize and grind out the curve of the MC as well as make room for a nut. Looks like your exhaust has 4 collectors at that point where it meets the clutch bar, mine (67 Gtv) only 2 which gives a lot of space. Are you sure you’re not pulling your exhaust too much to the right on account of the incorrect tranny bracket? can you not push the exhaust to the left to prevent touching?

That tab off the new exhaust which touches the bar looks almost there from not touching, you may be able to gently pound it up or down to clear, or carefully grind it down, but you don’t want to make it weaker or accidentally compromise the system with a hole.
Also you can try to make your own custom tranny bracket which can put some pressure towards the left away from the clutch rod
