Copied from very good original, all details replicated. It is mold vacuum casted with high heat/impact and uv resist Polyerethane resin, not printed. Metal threaded inserts M5 istalled before casting, similar as original.

Considering the mold cost total i need to sell 8 set at prize 260euro to get the pozitive zero😖, vacuum casting is expensive but accurate stuff. I need to post thread about the screws, how they originally look+measures.

 

Kudos to you for undertaking this! These materials are indeed expensive in small quantities and the amount of experimentation required to get the process right adds greatly to the cost....I can appreciate that myself having not very successfully tried my hand at casting small urethane rubber pieces for my GTV.

 

i would think classic alfa might be interested in being a few.. and 250 euro seems very reasonable..
