Let’s talk 105 car’s suspensions here :)

I’m trying to understand the best set of Springs and sway bars for trackday ( radial tires ) using Koni or Billstein shocks

What are the original factory Springs rates?

How stiff can I go before a Koni shocks (as example) stop working correctly

Rear sway bar??
Alfaholics say ”No” and one of the reason is that the rear roll center is not low enough to be useful
Others say "Yes" , just change the rate

I'm pretty lost here

a quicky,,i run 1150'/lbs springs on the front...175'/lbs on the rear,, qa1 adjustable shocks on each end.. 205/50/16 wheels and tires with an H&R 25 mm spacer on the front..32 psi on each wheel.. chassie stiffener , that i built.. sotck sway bar front, remounted backwards. and a 19mm bar on the rear, mounted as a 1998 mustang mounts it rear bar.
