I'm contemplating a rebuild of a spare rear end I have purchased for my '77 Spider. I'm doing the outer wheel bearings and the pinion seal as well as considering trying to tighten up the limited slip differential. Does anyone have a diff that they have sacrificed for clutch plates and if so do you have any plates or spacers you can spare? My understanding is that they are crazy expensive if purchased new, and I can't find them anywhere.

(I know I could gut the diff that is in the car but I would rather do the rebuild at my own pace and keep the car on the road until I am ready to swap out the rebuilt spare rear end for the old noisy one.)

Still Looking...

Still looking for clutch plates or slip disks from a Limited Slip differential. If you have one kicking around that you have pulled apart for parts please let me know. The price for new plates is a bit too rich for my blood (~$100 each).

Thanks!
