I have one that works on both speeds from a '74 GTV and it has the 4 prong plug. Am in the Northwest however. Send me a PM if you want photos. Also have arms and a set of new 13" stainless blades.

Can you post a pic of what you're looking for? I have one but I'm not sure the application. It has a Bosch motor with red white and green wires, and the wiper arm mounts are a bit over 32" apart center to center. If that sounds like what you're looking for I'll play with it a bit and see if it's working or not.
