I suggest you visit your friendly auto parts store, and ask them to let you rummage around their air hose supply. There are many different style hoses used for air inlet ducting, and the price is usually $5 - $10. I was able to find a rectangular hose to run from the front of my SPICA air box to a K & N air filter mounted in front of the radiator, and was able to form the shape into a round profile to match the airbox inlet. The only issue is that such hoses will not be the same quality as the source you mentioned. As with most things; you get what you pay for...
