Anyone store their car offsite for the winter?

Found an interesting place, near Centerville VA.
Garage entrance, enough space for 5 or 6 cars (Alfa's are small)

It is commercial, not a private residence or anything, so access is not limited by hours or neighbors, and you'd be able to work on your car.

Realtor says rent is 1000/mo, but then to add Power/water and insurance may bring the monthly cost to near 200 per spot. (if there's 6)

Anyone interested? I only need 1 spot, but this sounds like a good deal if a group of us is involved.

Are you planning on being at the aroc picnic this weekend?

here's what I've been thinking:

Basically, it is a commercial property, so we'd be allowed to work on our cars there. It is in a commercial zoned park, no residential ordinances regarding to noise or hours. It would be like an auto shop, only that there would be permanent tenants in the garage (our cars). Access would be available only to whomever keeps a car there - I think that there was room for 5, maybe 6)
One thing that I'd really need to review is what level of insurance I'd need to carry as the rentor of such a property - and at the end of the day, is it worth it for 12 months or more

Also, I am pretty sure our personal car insurance will cover our cars. I think the only thing you need to worry about is renters insurance for the place itself.
