When lowering the GTV6 / Milano I've seen the lower metal a-arm bushings (a-arm to body) cut or replaced with a stack of washers to offset the camber. Any idea how much is cut off the washer? Or the general width of spacers needed? Thanks in advance.:)

lower control arm spacers

RAGS - do you mean the lower control arm spacers that the locating bolts go through? they are standoffs that keep the control arm off the body and help fix camber settings.
how much to take off depends on how much you lower the car.
when you lower the car, tends to put in lots of neg camber. by cutting these down, brings it back to a point where can easily reset camber to something you can live with. for a street lowering - can take off about 5mm, should work fine. just grind them down - all same.
