They're Cosmic Mark II wheels and were available in 5 1/2 or 6 inch X 108mm PCD. According to the Cosmic catalog, the 6" wheels have a 1.37" inset and weigh 16 lbs.

They were also available in everything from a 4 x 10 for Minis to a 6 x 15 for XJ6s.
