which ay do you want to go? just a stock TS or are you planning to spend serious money on ""make fatser stuff""??
And why?? Why not a 2000 cc ?

I would be content to have a nice stock low milage conversion.
I like the fuel injection aspect, I put a mid 80's spider engine conversion into a 72 Berlina and it was much nicer to drive.

Bob- I can recommend the conversion just for the reason you stated. When done properly it yields a more flexible, user-friendly car that cranks easily in any temp., idles well, and pulls
strongly through the gears. Where I live the altitude compensation is a bonus too.
Downsides: IMO, it will never be as pretty or proper looking under the hood as the webered Nord for example, and it will probably negatively affect the resale value if your car is otherwise original.
Alfa 75ts of any vintage AFAIK will do as a donor. Be sure to spend some time doing your homework by reading the many posts/threads here re: twinspark conversions, etc. It is not for the faint of heart mechanically or financially speaking.
