Apparently I don’t have an earlier 2 liter cam cover, I have 2 late model versions one with intact plastic tabs, the other without taps but really not correct for earlier 2000. Also have a nice 1600 version with front loops, does have the boss on intake side which is undrilled it’s no stud. Sorry about that.
