I'm in Berkeley CA and just got a "rebuilt" 2000 Spica that was then left outside for years. Shipping heads is pricey. Given its treatment, this head is probably a good one to rebuild, not one to pop on and go.
I would first have your head/engine evaluated to see the extent of damage. Is the head off yet? I dropped valve seat could make hash out of head, piston, liner, and perhaps rod and crank, in which you'll need more than a head.
