So it turns out after having disassembled my seized 1600 in my 67 Super, the head is pitted horribly with small cracks and its suggested to obtain a good core for a rebuild.

At this point, knowing it may be difficult/expensive to find just the head, I'm entertaining the idea of dropping in a 1750 and going.

I'm in the So-Cal area (San Diego) and can travel or pay for shipping.

If you anybody has a fairy complete, or running 1750, please let me know. I'm trying to bring this super back to life!

Also, if you have a known good head for a 1750 or 1600, I may be interested in that as well!

Thanks!

So I had acquired two 1600 heads for a decent price a few months ago. The rebuild is in the works of beings started and I was just told both the 1600 heads I bought aren't good either. Cracks!

I'm searching for a good un-molested 1600 head if that exists!!

Let me know if you can help!

Thanks!

Agreed upon a head with a member here, looks like it will work out great. Thanks to all those who PM'd!
