Ordered a part that wasn't what I needed...my fault.
Called Vicks and I was treated fairly and I was given the option to return, which I choose. They emailed me a return shipping label. My account was refunded the purchase amount within 24 hours after they had received the returned part.
I appreciate their policy and quick response. They earned and will get future orders from me.

My recent experiences with Vicks have also been good. They had some rough spots when the new owner took over but there were also obvious efforts to improve service.

My recent purchase from VAS was a set of their hydraulic shocks. The transaction was painless and fast. I always appreciate prompt communication from a vendor. My order was acknowledged, they let me know when it shipped, and furnished tracking info.

I'll definitely trade with them in the future. Oh, the shocks??? They work great on my Spider and the price was terrific.:thumbup1:
