I have access to a 130 square metre warehouse which is approximately 5min from the city centre and I am contemplating setting it up as a vehicle storage facility, but I will need at least 7 or 8 vehicles committed for 12 months to cover expenses. The warehouse has the benefit of being located within a secure compound with high walls and razor wire all around, so it is a very secure site. I will provide a monitored alarm included in the price which would probably be $45 to $50 per week per vehicle. The facility will probably accommodate around 12 to 14 cars max. It would be best suited to people that don't need access to their car/project very often as moving cars around and gaining access will require 24 hours notice.
