I'm in the process of rebuilding a cast iron 2000 motor, & I can't find valve springs from any Alfa parts vendor. Does anyone have a known valve spring from Kent or some other spring manufacturer that will work, or specifications for the original valve springs that I could use to hunt down a substitute?

Mike, the specs for the valve springs are given in the "Engine, Clutch & Gearbox" shop manual Pub. 801. Hopefully, others chime in with pointers to modern sources.

In the meantime, I'm sending you a Zip file with the complete set of manuals via WeTransfer.

That page not legible as to size. What is the outside diameter of the spring and open length and compressed length. Preferably in inches.

It may be worth sending an email to Christian Ondak at OKP. They have other valve train components listed but don't show springs. Ruedi's post is clearly visible on my screen...
