Valve guides.

Where's the best place to get valve guides for a stock two liter?

And, a local Alfa mechanic told me to use intake guides on both sides, what do people here think of that?

the machine shop I had do the head after a head gasket leak, said to get intake guides for both sides, It is supposed to reduce oil leaks. any one know of another engine that dosnt use valve guide seals on the exhaust side?
I got mine from IAP.
