Lionel made some repro's as well and might still have a set.

Not sure about your second question.

I do have those two tools (originals). I am wondering if any other tools are needed when adjusting the valves.

Hi Scott, Chuck and all,

According to the 1900 parts manual, fig 3 and 4 were used on the 1900ti too.
See also a picture in the repair manual where two tools were used.
Notice that they had different numbers in both books. Does anyone know the reason for this ? Were they identical ? In my opinion the 1306.99004 and 1306.99005 would be the tools for in the car and the 6121.24004 and 6121.24005 could be the tools for the Alfa dealer; can someone confirm this?
Two different Alfa numbers for one and the same part remains strange as this was not the usual Alfa practice.

Scott, could you check for the numbers on your tools: 6121.24004 and 6121.24005 or 1306.99004 and 1306.99005 ?
