I have not researched it lately, but can a modern twinspark engine from a 75 be used in any racing series in the US? I doubt any vintage group will allow it, even though the new cam cover from Alfaholics makes the installation look very old school.
Thanks
Dave

Dave, to be honest, a lot of vintage organizations are so happy to have entries that they will find a place for most anything. I was at the Mitty last weekend where a friend was racing a V8 conversion Corvair. It was classed in A-Sports Racing (alone). So yes, some of the groups like HSR would certainly let you run in replica GTAm form, but you may not have any other cars in your class.
