I just purchased a steering wheel that came with a hub. The gentleman I bought it from was restoring an Alfa Romeo, unknown year. He purchased it and it was left on the steering wheel when I recieved it because he ended up not finishing the project. I am accepting any offers on this. on the top it has number 0197 made in Italy, on the bottom it has a number 4030. not sure if these state to which year it fits.
