What is your opinion about this cam?

What is your opinion about this cam?
Cam is a typical old design cam with extremely high early duration(too much overlap) and will work only at high RPM.
I converted mm to inches lift so you can compare to more modern designs. See:

As the cam has plenty of lift, it could be reground. You should consult Richard, Alfar 7 for the best cams for your application. His designs feature excellent low end torque combined with high end Hp. The geometry of RJR cams are much easier on related wearing cam components than many of the older designs.
From my experience.
