I get them at the local Nissan dealer. They're also readily available from on-line parts suppliers but the NOS ones look a bit better made (but I don't know that they're actually better).

Dear Bruce
You replied to my thread about the Nissan distributor conversion supplied by Jim Steck. I am in the UK and cannot get one here without part numbers or chassis numbers of the truck
I need the cap and rotor and i see that you use the Nissan parts
If you have any part numbers for these could you let me have them

It seems from this site that the following Nissan engines were twinsparks.

CA16-DE
CA18-DE
CA18-DET
CA20-S
CA20-E

Search eBay for Nissan 200sx

eBay item 260084023337 from the US should satisfy you (NOTE I know nothing about this seller).

In the UK it might be easier to get a cap for a 84-86 Nissan Silvia 200zx with the CA18ET or CA20E motor, the distributor is different but the caps and I presume the rotors are the same, various otehr Nissans came with these motors including vans, I picked up an old CA18 dist just to have alook for a twin spark conversion and while I don't really understand how it works it looks better than the 720 truck unit.

Sorry for not responding sooner but I've been at the track. I'll check my spare parts inventory and send you the numbers if they differ from those that have already been posted in this thread.
