Looking to borrow or rent the tools for checking the pinion depth on a 4.10 Milano transaxle. The shims that came out are really beat up and I would like to make sure everything is where it should be. Can anybody help me out?

As far as I remember you had to measure pinion depth before you take it apart and then set it back to that on assembly ! But if yours are beat IDK ?
