Hey all,

So I think I have a leak in my trans around where the speedometer cable connects. I didnt take a close look at it though. Is this a hard seal to change? Anything particularly complicated? Can I do it on jack stands??

from what i remember from my old alfa tranny.. it's just a paper gasket...you can do it on stands...be carefull... add a little sealer to the paper gasket..

Also, dont forget to wash/rub clean all surfaces with a rag dabbed with acetone/mineral spirits. You cant be applying sealant to oily surfaces,
