I had no problem replacing the camshaft oil seal and o-ring but the distributor's seems to be stuck, and good. Any tips? Simply popping it out had no result. I then tried the self tapping sheet metal screws at opposite sides and vice grips method, but the screws just ripped free. I don't want to mar the surrounding metal so I thought I'd ask for suggestions.

Amy ideas?

Never mind. Heat, tapping, pulling, eventual structural integrity failure, removed.

And FYI your 44mm thin walled socket for the crank nut is the perfect size for a race to tap in the new seal.

Now to figure out how to torque down the camshaft and dizzy nuts.
