Wow. Well, I would say the Arese book is my fave book of all.
Check with Tina Van Curen's Aero and Auto or Auto and Aero bookstore (or similar name) in Burbank .She had some or all of the series, maybe cheaper if she paid shipping?

So maybe look at your brake pads every once in a while? I work on so many other cars I forget to check my own. Of the four rear pads, one had rivets so starting grinding on the disk even though I could see pad thickness from on end. Minimal harm, NOS ATE pads in, all happy.

It's difficult. I need to get a whiteboard on the garage wall for each car, or tape a sheet of yellow pad to the inside of the windshield right in front of me with a number on it.

I had something like that for a time but the problem was keeping it updated. One needs a staff.

I use an app called car care, free and it works, mileage and calendar alarms can be turned off and on.

OK, oil and filter changed. We have a bunch of cars, most of which don't rack up the miles, other than my wife's M3, and it has a long synthetic oil interval.
