Can anyone ID these steering wheels? Year, model, and market (US/Euro).
Would they fit a 91 S?

Probably but you will probably need 164 non-airbag horn contact/turn signal cancelling interface (same as Milano) to replace air bag clock spring.

Steering wheel in the second image is from European QV and will fit 164S. I have it on mine. See this thread for more info and pics...
