A milano has been sitting in my garage for a long time (10 years I believe), and now I finally have the time and money to fully dedicate myself to working on it. The only problem that it had before storage was the braking. The brake pedal would stiff up and causing brake failure. I am assuming it is the ABS system, but not sure. Even so, I decided to change the ABS pump with the accum. from ac-direct for the long run. Can it be the Master Cylinder? Anyways, what proper steps should I take to start up this car? Also if possible, what are the steps to changing out the GM ABS and ACCUM.. My pump should arrive this week.

Thank you for your time

BTW, the milano is still in GREAT condition. It's been on the stands for the past 10 years and isn't touching the ground.
