The stainless bumpers on my car are in great shape but they do require some clean-up. I am curious if the rivots are available or what others have done to attached the bumpers back together. I want to drill-out the rusty rivots and replace them with shiny new ones.

Yes they are just ordinary rivets, I can't remember the size, I think they're about 8-10mm, but you could measure them before you drill them out.

I took apart my front bumper along with removing the brackets for the turn signal lights. The bumper half's are easier to manage for sanding, etc. I will make a stop at the hardware store tomorrow. They are extremely stylish once you pull off all the hardware such as lights and license plate bracket. Will add photos to the Vintage Customs thread in the GT section...
