That is windshield delamination and I was hoping he would respond to my request to confirm that, as well as the correct size of the windshield. I bought a new "SS" windshield and it was too small.

Brian, I agree what we see there may be some delamination. The piece has been stored for many years. It measures 46-1/2 inches across the widest points (side to side) and 23-1/2" from top to bottom at the midpoint.
