I would like to lower the stance of the front of my Duetto. I was able read an excellent post that gave great instruction of how to remove and install front 105 springs (LOVE this BB!!!)

I know both Centerline and IAP have springs that will work. For those of you that have bought one or both springs, please tell me the difference. I would like to lower 1" to 1.5" and would like the "softer" ride.

I did a search and was unable to gather info I was lookn for.

I'd contact Max at alfaholics and tell him what you want to get out of the car. Because centerline and IAP are the mainstream suppliers, I figured their springs would be relatively mild fast road springs - the rates are rather high and might not be what you're looking for.

You may get more replies in the "Spider" forum than here in the "GT" forum. Good luck finding the right springs.

You do realize that those are conflicting goals? Lower your car 1.5" while running soft springs, and your oil pan is going to be kissing the road with great regularity.

You might get even more replies by posting in the "Suspension" section.
