Sort of a continuation from my brakes thread earlier... Anyway, I changed rotor on the left front and the hub pulled out quite easily and its inner bearing with it. The right side on the other hand was a bit different. The hub pulled out, but the inner bearing stayed behind. I had to put a gear puller on it to slide it off the spindle.

I got a new bearing and it doesn't slide all the way back on to the spindle like it should. I tested it on the left spindle and it fits perfectly. Does anyone have any suggestions on this? The only solution that I can think of is to take some sand paper (400, then 600, then 800) and buff the spindle down the micron or so thats probably needed to get the bearing on it.

Could this be some sort of weird inconsistency on the part of who manufactured the spindle?

Thanks Much
