Spider S4 what's this part ?

Hello
I'm restoring the front anti roll bar and near the rubbers, there are 2 pieces of flat rubber attached with "serflex" around the bar.
I don't understand the utility of these parts, must I have to reinstall them after the paint job is done ?

They are to keep the swaybar from moving side to side. Reinstall them after you paint the bar.

ok I think I must reinstall them after the anti roll bar is attached, next to them ?
