So I was struggling with hp and handling on my little car, a few credit card payments later to all of the well known suppliers has transformed the humble little Giulia into real fighter. There is still more to come but learning how to get a Giulia to fly is not the easiest thing to do. I guess I could just sell it and get a Sprint but thats like kissing your sister. :D Giulias are by far the best cars in our known galaxy!!!

The bits.

Next week or two once the credit card has cooled down it will be time for a set of 7x15 Gta wheels from Max.

Im also desperately trying to drop the weight on the old bus which is easier said than done. A hole saw seems to work well though!

It went 0.7 seconds faster at the last race but I am still 1 full second off my target time. With the wheels on and the Watts installed I reckon I'll get there.

A slow car always handles well. As it gets faster so it gets more and more difficult to drive.

If you guys would like, I can post a list of mods and the dyno graphs but it might be meaningless as we are 1700m above sea level. I also put some neat unique tricks in the car which have proved very handy for circuit racing.

Many thanks to Spruell, Classicalfa, and of course Max from Alfaholics for all the advice and really cool parts. I wont stop till I beat the V8s!!!! :)

The "old bus" looks fabulous. If only I could have ridden to school in such a bus.

If you would not mind posting your mods and "tricks," I for one would be very interested to read and learn.

Where do you live at 1700m above sea level?

I'm at 325 feet.

Great car!

I pretty much concluded that's what they had to be; nothing else attaches with two big bolts like that. Thanks Mike.

Veloce 75za,

That's very generous of you. I look forward to reading it.

Just a slight update.

Im happy to report the 1 second has been found. The minute I bolted on the wheels from Max the car went 0.6 faster. some other mods and tweaks got it a further 0.4 down the road. Target achieved.

Now for a few more things... :):)
