Is this speedometer sender still available? I am looking one for my Giulietta (1984). Sender does not look exactly same, can that nut be removed?

It seems otherwise exactly right, but 6 impulse (mine has 4). The speedometer is under repair just now, and the repairer thinks it could be possible to calibrate it to 6 IMP. Have you think about prize of this one?
