Helping a friend sell this time-capsule.
Seller:
"I have owned it since 1974 and has been garaged all the time. No rust. I have removed
the fuel tank (had it boiled and resealed) but have not put it back in. I feel it needs
battery, tires, brakes and rebuild the clutch master cylinder. It has 52,230 miles on it."

I looked at it, it has no rust. The car was originally green. I'll answer questions the best I can before providing sellers contact information.
Car has not been driven in years, he's put MMO onto the pistons to prevent seizing.

Located in Clearwater, FL

$8,000.00

Id price higher unless he just wants it out. Even it being a non runner.
Its a sharp looking car.

Its a71' model, is it a 1750 or a 2L? If its a 1750 the value is def too low.

Someone is about to get a heck of a deal. If I didn't have a basically identical car with a 2L, I would be on my way

Agree that the price is right! This might do well on BaT, but if the owner wants to move it quickly, that price should accomplish that.

I love the look of steelies & hubcaps on a '71 squaretail. If I were selling it, I'd make the buyer sign a pledge to NOT replace them with alloy wheels.
