Yes sir, that sums it up. You drop off your car to them, they figure out which system to use, which programming works best and when they are done, you keep the final system already programmed to your car

Or you keep "the prototype" and whatever was left of your car!

Alright, I really have no idea what the fine print is in case they screw up your car. However, they do advertise that if they see a market, then they would want to develop parts for your model, and since they used your car for their R&D, they will let you keep the parts...

If there is a market for your car and their parts...over the past 8 months I emailed them from my various email accounts (yahoo, hotmail, barrlabs.com, klostermans.com, gmail and soon to be patheon.com) asking for their system for a 90, 91 and 92 model spiders...hopefully they will bite into the fact if they made the system, they will be able to sell the system to help those of us interested in having more aftermarket parts available. I've done the same thing to edelbrock for intake manifolds and throttle bodies...so far no results.

Somehow I don't see AEM seeing 5 as a market for their product.......
