I just replaced my front crankshaft seal and pressure washed the engine. I removed the radiator and used the starter bump trick to get the crankshaft nut off.

After I got everything put back together and started it up, the exhaust manifold is smoking. The engine sounds fine. Any ideas what might be causing it?

Thanks Eric. I didn't do either.

I let it run a bit and the smoke cleared up. I think some of the oil crud from the front of the engine must have dislodged when I pressure washed and stuck to the manifold. Everything looks good now.
